1998 P.R.E. Andalusian Mare. Registered IALHA & ANCCE

Distraida ("Aida") is a lovely approved P.R.E. Spanish mare. She is Ee Aa under her grey coat and stands just under 15.3h. She has been used almost exclusively for breeding but is broke to ride and is very good on the trails. Aida is an excellent mother and conceives easily bred live cover, with fresh cooled or even frozen when she isn't nursing. Recently she has proven more difficult to conceive on years she foals but we have successfully bred her on her foal heat in the past.
As a broodmare, we now consider her an "every other year mare"

Every year she ponies her foals and helps teach them valueable life lessons. Aida was imported from Spain and we have her ANCCE (Cria) carta in hand. Aida has produced 5 fabulous foals for us and has several others on the ground from prior to her arrival at JCA. Currently open and nursing her 2012 colt by Espiritu
